Romeo, RomeoIt was in a small, shivering, pathetic ball of whimpering fluff that Ryxon found him, tucked away under a mound of mussed blankets that would not have been permitted had the phoenix been in better condition. In his current state, however, he seemed to be no longer capable of his beautiful life style as his hair and feathers had since faded into a dull grey, a color that he was ashamed his partner had to see when it could be so easily compared to the vibrant reds and oranges that he usually adorned. He was far paler in skin tone than usual as well and looked clammy and chilled, though that was to be expected for the events to come.
"Oh, sweetness," the medic chided reprovingly, but softly, "baby, you should have told me..." The bird made a meek noise as he curled closer to himself, staring out past his arms and the blankets in fear of the familiar man just beside him.
