prologue

Odd, isn't it? How humans strive for something, how they work all their lives to get it. They risk life and limb, heaven and hell to get this 'something'; but a lot of the time, their work was in vain. That 'something' is not what it was cracked up to be, or in most cases, the person does not withstand the tapering layer of time long enough to achieve that 'something'. Do you know what it is they strive for? They strive, not for freedom, no no, it is not freewill, or perhaps equality they seek; it is greed. All humans have the ever looming thirst for money, for luxury, and for pleasure. It draws their attention away from each other,  from their brethren, and into any outlet they can use to get money. The easiest outlet at the moment? The military.
Humans kill humans, all for the sake of a few dollars. They KILL their own brothers, their sisters, their children, and for what? For money? For riches? For pleasure? It may not be visible to them, but it is to some, how people have turned the love of money, into the love of war. They fought in so many for greed, that now they enjoy it, they enjoy the feeling of warm blood splashing onto their face and eyes as they plunge a dagger into their brother's chest. They enjoy the smell of napalm massacring a near by civilian town in the dead of night. It has not changed in over 100 years, and it wont soon. Humans are dreadfully lost creatures… I'm glad I'm not one..
